WHAT IS THE COST FOR A CHAPTER 7 AND WHAT DOES THAT INCLUDE?

We charge a flat rate of $500.00 to meet with you, get your paperwork, prepare, file and follow-up with your case all the way through to discharge.  This includes documentation that must be filed before your 341 Creditor's Meeting and documentation that must be provided to the Trustee during your case.
